Rachel Hardegree, MPH, RRT, PMP, CPHQ, currently serves as Product Implementation Lead at Harbor Health since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at Central Health, where responsibilities involved managing high-value projects aimed at supporting vulnerable populations in Travis County, Texas. Rachel also provided consulting services for healthcare organizations, served as Director of Policy, Payment and Practice at the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and managed the Texas Nurse-Family Partnership program. Additional roles include Senior Director of Quality Programs and Initiatives at the Texas Hospital Association Foundation, Interim Executive Director at the American Academy of Pediatrics, and various positions focused on pediatric asthma management and medical home implementation. Rachel holds a Master of Public Health from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University.
