Michelle Sperzel Mba

Michelle Sperzel has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Michelle is currently the CEO of Harbor House of Central Florida since 2017. Before that, they owned and operated their own consulting company, The S Curve Consulting, starting in 2012. In 2016, Michelle served as the CEO/President of Girls in the Game. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Shelter House - Domestic and Sexual Violence Center from 2008 to 2015. Michelle successfully managed the center's operations, developed new programs, and implemented a multi-year development plan that increased grant funding and donor support. Michelle also has experience in the non-profit sector, having worked as the Group Recruitment Manager at Event 360 from 2003 to 2006 and as a Marketing Coordinator at Carondelet Health Network from 1998 to 2002.

Michelle Sperzel MBA, CFRE has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and PR from Marquette University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Michelle then pursued an MBA in Business at the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2003. In 2011, Michelle studied Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College - Crummer Graduate School of Business. Michelle also holds a certification as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International.
