Stacy Norman Schafer

Stacy Norman Schafer is an experienced Resource Developer with a career spanning over two decades in the field of community services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Currently at Harbor Regional Center since February 2019, Stacy has previously held similar roles at SCIHLP from February 2011 to February 2019 and at Harbor Regional Center from November 1996 to May 2008.
