Juan Jaramillo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate strategy. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Harbor Street Capital since August 2023, Jaramillo has previously held key positions in reputable organizations, including Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Investor Relations at Outreach and Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs, specializing in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Consumer & Market Goods (CMG). Additional experience includes roles at PwC as an M&A Senior Associate and Deloitte as an Assurance Senior Associate. Juárez has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds both Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Transaction experience encompasses collaborations with prominent firms such as The Carlyle Group and various corporate clients across the US and Latin America.
