Elizabeth Avakoff

Elizabeth Avakoff, DO, MPH is a resident physician at Harbor-UCLA Department of Emergency Medicine. Prior to their current role, Elizabeth worked as a program manager and senior project manager at Stanford Health Care. Elizabeth also served as an administrative fellow in business development at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and as a writing tutor at Boston University School of Public Health. Elizabeth has experience as a health policy intern at The Joint Committee on Public Health and as a medical assistant at Webster Dermatology. Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
