Caitlyn Jones

Caitlyn Jones is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Harbor Wholesale since February 2019, Caitlyn previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist and contributed to enhancing employee relations and workplace culture. Prior to this, Caitlyn worked at Bath & Body Works as a Sales Associate and at Quality Logo Products as the Executive Assistant to the President, where key achievements included improving vendor relations and developing comprehensive employee manuals. Earlier career experiences include managing a team as Shift Manager at McDonald's and overseeing office functions as Office Manager at Geomat, Inc. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
