Kevin Cavinder

Kevin Cavinder brings over two decades of experience in the construction and rail industry. Currently serving as an Operator at Harbour Contractors, Inc. since March 2017, Kevin previously held the role of Supervisor and General Foreman at Balfour Beatty Rail from August 2012 to February 2017. Kevin began their career at RailWorks Corporation, where Kevin worked as a Foreman from September 1995 until August 2011. Kevin is a graduate of Kankakee Valley High School, class of 1980.
