Bill Roller

Bill Roller has a strong work history, starting in 1985 as an engineer at FMC. Bill then worked at AMF as a plant manager from 1991 to 1995. From 1999 to 2009, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Colfax Pump Group. Bill then moved on to Colfax Fluid Handling, where they served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Colfax Americas from 2006 to 2010, and later as Colfax Executive Vice President from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they were the CEO of Swanson Industries, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Bill serves as the Group President at Harbour Group.

Bill Roller earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1980 and 1985. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business from 1989 to 1991.
