Jerry Holtzclaw

Jerry Holtzclaw has extensive experience in operations and management. Jerry held the position of Vice President, Operations at Harbour Group since June 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Cooper B-Line for 17 years, where they held various roles including Vice President, Operations, Director of Continuous Improvement & Quality, and Plant Manager. During their time at Cooper B-Line, Jerry successfully implemented lean management systems, improved safety rates, facilitated corporate training events, and achieved cost reductions through process improvements and waste elimination.

Jerry Holtzclaw has a diverse education history. In 1987, they attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology, which they completed in 1989. Following this, in 2003 and 2004, Jerry pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from Webster University. Continuing their education, in 2007, they attended Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, where they engaged in a program focused on Executive Leadership.
