Rochelle is responsible for leading and executing the people strategy for Converga & Harbour IT across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines as well as ensuring its strategic alignment to the overarching Canon Group objectives. She plays an important role in ensuring the business has the right people, systems and processes in place to support the needs of workforce, growth strategy and most importantly, be a great place for employees to work at.
