Paul Pacheco

Paul Pacheco's work experience includes various roles in the telecommunications industry. Paul started their career as a Project Manager at Alternative Communication Systems in 1999. Paul then moved on to work as a Project Manager at ACS Voice and Data Systems and later at Coghlin (formerly ACS Voice and Data Systems) until 2005. In 2005, they joined Harbor Networks as a Project Management Manager and worked in that role until 2013. Paul was then promoted to Operations Director, where they oversaw and managed various divisions in multiple locations. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Operations at Harbor Networks, where they held the position until March 2022. Paul also briefly served as the Vice President of Projects and Integrations at Harbor Networks starting in November 2021. In 2022, they joined HarborShield Cybersecurity as the VP of Projects and Integrations.

Paul Pacheco's education history is as follows:

Paul attended Natick High School from 1989 to 1994. Paul then went on to the University of Richmond, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Paul studied at the University of Richmond from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Pacheco has also received several certifications. Paul obtained the following certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist - Contact Center and Certified Support Engineer - Contact Center from ShoreTel in January 2011. Paul also received certifications in Using and Designing the ShoreTel Contact Center Reports and Implementing the ShoreTel IP System from ShoreTel in September 2010.

More recently, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn, including: Coaching Your Team to Think and Act Strategically and Tech Trends in April 2023, How to Successfully Lead a PMO in September 2022, Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader, Cybersecurity Foundations, and IT Security Foundations: Core Concepts in August 2022, and Project Management Skills for Leaders in June 2022.
