Helen Tang

Helen Tang currently serves as Vice President and Counsel at HarbourVest Partners, a position held since June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Counsel at the same firm and as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from October 2016 to May 2020, where Tang began as a Summer Associate Law Clerk in 2015. Notable early experiences include a Judicial Intern role with the Delaware Supreme Court, providing research and drafting support, and various legislative positions, including Special Intern for Alderman Daniel Solis and a fellowship in the City of Chicago Mayor's Office, focusing on legislative research and committee support. Tang holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and an A.B in Classics and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
