Jonathan Sidi

Jonathan Sidi is a highly experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of UK Legal and Compliance at HarbourVest Partners since September 2019. In this role, Jonathan oversees the implementation of regulations in the EMEA region. Prior to HarbourVest, Jonathan held positions as Senior Vice President and EMEA Counsel, focusing on similar regulatory implementations. Jonathan's earlier experience includes serving as UK Head of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel at Artisan Partners, where responsibilities encompassed the legal function in EMEA and fund formation. Jonathan started his career in legal practice at Allen & Overy LLP as an Associate in the Asset Management Group and as a Senior Associate at Arendt & Medernach, advising major investment firms on fund structuring and compliance with EU regulations. Jonathan holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in Law from Northwestern University and a Master's in International Relations, alongside post-graduate studies in Intellectual Property and Business Law.
