Peter Mahoney

Peter Mahoney is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment accounting and global fund accounting. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investment Accounting at HarbourVest Partners since May 2023, Peter previously spent over 26 years at Vanguard, where roles included Head of Global Fund Accounting, Senior Manager, and Fund Accounting Manager. Peter holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, obtained between 2006 and 2008, and a BA in Finance from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg, completed from 1992 to 1996.
