Will Relle

Will Relle is an accomplished finance professional with significant expertise in sustainable investing. Currently serving as Vice President and previously as Director of Sustainable Investing at HarbourVest Partners since November 2022, Relle has a robust background in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors acquired during a six-year tenure at Mercer, where roles included ESG Specialist for North America and Senior Associate in Sustainable Investment. Earlier experience includes a position as Risk Assurance Associate at PwC from August 2015 to July 2016. Will Relle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College.
