George Marc-Aurele has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 1997, they worked as a Business Development Contracts Manager at TEKsystems, where they focused on prospecting and winning new technical service business. In 1998, they founded and became the Managing Partner of CTI TEKSource, an HR Technology Services company that was later acquired by Bayview in 2013. George Marc-Aurele played a key role in providing solutions to Fortune 500 companies in industries such as financial services, music and entertainment, advertising, healthcare, and insurance and risk.

George then joined Digital Remedy in 2013 as the Chief People Officer, responsible for leading culture and employee experience initiatives, as well as overseeing the PMO, Product, and Technology teams. During their tenure, they served on the CPXi Asia Board of Directors and played a role in multiple M&A transactions and financing activities.

In 2017, George Marc-Aurele became a Board Member at CPXi Asia, a position they held until 2019.
