Paul Van Kooperen

Paul Van Kooperen is the current CEO at Hard Blue Si-Carbons. Paul has previously held positions at Qorium B.V., FMA B.V., and PNO CEE BV. Paul has been in the business world for over 25 years, starting their career as a petroleum engineer at Shell in 1984. In 1998, they transitioned to business development and became a Senior Partner at PNO Consultants. In 2011, they became Managing Partner at PNO CEE BV and held that position until 2014. Paul has extensive experience in obtaining grants and tax incentives for clients and has been instrumental in the growth of PNO Consultants.

Paul Van Kooperen has a MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a doctoral degree in geology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
