Stefano Pandin

Stefano Pandin has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Hard Rock International. Stefano started their career in 1996 as a General Manager at Hard Rock Café Paris. In 1998, they became the General Manager of the Rome, Italy branch where they supervised franchise operations in Catania and Malta. In 2004, they were promoted to Senior General Manager and also took on the responsibility of supervising German units. In 2005, they became the Director of Operations Europe, overseeing 10 existing Cafe & Retail business units in Europe and leading brand development in the region. Stefano also served as the President of the Board of Directors in both Italy and France. In 2019, they were promoted to Area Vice President and in 2023, they assumed the role of Vice President Operations UK & Europe.

Stefano Pandin attended Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 1983 to 1985, where they studied languages and foreign literatures.
