Ken Juneau

Ken Juneau currently serves as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Hard Rock Casino Rockford, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ken was with Maverick Gaming for over eleven years, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President of Procurement and Food and Beverage Operations, overseeing comprehensive procurement processes across multiple markets, and holding the position of Vice President of Operations, managing all aspects of a multi-brand restaurant group. Earlier experience includes various management roles at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Delaware North Companies, as well as a foundational role at Paragon Casino Resort. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
