Jakub Dumania is a seasoned technology and product leader with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Technology & Product at Hard Rock Digital, Jakub focuses on global expansion and the growth of innovative strategies across teams. Previously, Jakub held key leadership roles at Genesis Global Limited, where responsibilities included leading a cloud-native platform for the iGaming industry and driving digital transformation. Over a two-decade tenure at IBM, Jakub excelled in various roles, including Infrastructure Services Leader for Poland and the Baltics, where expertise in managing large IT service contracts and leading diverse teams was demonstrated. Jakub holds a Master’s degree in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
