Jose Cardoza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jose started their career as a Sales Associate at Nike in 2016 and later worked as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Molina Healthcare as a Member Service Representative for a brief period before moving on to Miami Seaquarium as a Sales Coordinator II in 2020. Jose also gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern and later became a Lead Brand Ambassador for the Miami Marlins from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Chewy as a Customer Service Representative before transitioning to Betterment as a Customer Experience Associate in 2021. Currently, Jose works at Hard Rock Digital, where they started as a Payments & Fraud Analyst in 2021 and has now progressed to the role of Sr. Payments & Fraud Specialist.
