Julie Fields has a strong background in marketing and production consultancy. Julie co-founded Carroll Canal Productions, where they provided consulting services for major companies in the entertainment, gaming, tech, and media industries. Their responsibilities included brand strategy, creative development, and brand stewardship.
Julie then worked as a Marketing Consultant at Twitch, where they led the development and execution of a global challenger brand strategy, as well as the launch of Twitch's first national brand campaign. Julie was also responsible for the successful launch of the company's global brand identity.
Julie also worked as a Marketing Consultant at Sony PlayStation, overseeing marketing campaigns for product launches and playing a key role in the development of the company's challenger and purpose-driven master brand strategy.
Prior to that, they served as the CMO of eHarmony.com, where they redefined the brand strategy and communication platform to increase market share and customer acquisition. Julie managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget and a team responsible for brand strategy and consumer communications.
Julie started their career at G4 Media, where they were a founding member of the launch team that built the first network dedicated to video games. As the CMO and CCO, they set the strategic direction and brand identity of the company, while leading a team responsible for creative, communications, and brand strategy.
Julie's experience also includes serving as the Head of Creative and Marketing at E! Entertainment Television & E!Online.
Currently, Julie is working as a Marketing Consultant at Hard Rock Digital, where they are responsible for implementing a challenger brand strategy for the launch of the HardRock Sportsbook app. Julie also oversees all go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
Julie Fields has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication with a Mass Media Emphasis from UCLA.
