Kazam Ali

Kazam Ali is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and operations, currently serving as the Head of Site Reliability and Service Operations at Hard Rock Digital since April 2025. Previously, Kazam held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Panzura, where responsibilities included overseeing software development and cloud infrastructure for the CloudFS product. As Senior Director of Engineering at TextNow, Kazam led backend operations and collaborated on expansion strategies. At Electronic Arts, Kazam directed engineering for the company's game library, managing a team of 70. Kazam's career at Microsoft spanned over a decade, including roles as Principal Engineering Manager and Senior Manager, where significant improvements in service operations and infrastructure strategy were achieved. Kazam holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Management Information Systems from the University of San Francisco.
