Marty Timmens

Marty Timmens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marty most recently worked at Hard Rock Digital, starting in 2021, where they held the position of Director Of Engineering - Mobile. Prior to that, they worked at Lifesize for almost seven years, from 2014 to 2021, as a Principal Software Engineer / Mobile Development Lead. Marty also has experience at General Motors, where they worked as a Senior Big Data Engineer from 2013 to 2014. Marty began their professional career at The University of Texas at Austin, where they were an Electrical and Computer Engineering Student from 2008 to 2013. Marty also worked at Gerson Lehrman Group as Sr. Windows Admin - Team Lead from 2007 to 2008, and at Atos Origin/Seton Family of Hospitals as a Server Team Manager and Enterprise Exchange/Active Directory Administrator from 2004 to 2007.

Marty Timmens completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Austin Community College from 2008 to 2009, pursuing an Engineering degree.
