Previous positions include General Manager and Sr. Vice President at Cannery Casino Resorts from 2010 to 2016, Chief Executive Officer at Quechan Casino Resort & Paradise Casino from 2007 to 2010, Vice President of Development at M Resort Spa Casino between 2005 and 2007, and Director of Operation Development at Station Casinos from 2003 to 2005. Marty Gross holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
