Laura de los Santos is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Laura is responsible for branding and the implementation of marketing standards, as well as the design and development of the local Annual Marketing Plan. Previously, Laura held the position of Dominican Republic Marketing Coordinator at Travel Smart VIP at Royalton, where strategic execution of marketing initiatives was key. Prior experience includes multiple roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, where efforts were focused on increasing sales and enhancing guest experiences. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration in Sales and Marketing Operations from Universidad de Cádiz and has additional credentials in Social Media & Digital Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana. The foundational education in Marketing was completed at Universidad del Caribe in the Dominican Republic.
