Will Provance

Will Provance has a strong background in the gaming industry, with experience spanning over a decade. Will has held various roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise and versatility. Will's most recent position was Senior Vice President of Operations at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, where they have been since February 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Assistant General Manager at the same company from May 2020 to February 2021. Before joining the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, Will worked at Hard Rock International as the Director of VLT Operations from December 2015 to December 2018. Will also has experience with Station Casinos, where they held several positions, including Director of Slot and Ancillary Gaming Operations, Slot Operations Manager, Slot Shift Manager, and Corporate Slot Analyst. Will's early career at Station Casinos involved roles such as Management Development Program and Pool Operations Manager.
