Fernando Lopez

Fernando Lopez has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Chef de Restaurante at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos since August 2022. Prior roles include Jefe de Partida at Secrets Resorts from December 2019 to May 2022, Chef De Cuisine at Loma 42 from June to December 2019, and Senior Sous Chef at Narum Taller Gastronomico from May 2018 to May 2019. Fernando also has experience as Chef Repostero/Panadero at Hotel Las Palomas and as Cocinero de Línea at various establishments including Breathless and Hotel Las Hadas, among others. Fernando holds a Licenciatura in Cocina y Gastronomía from Universidad Tecnologica de Nayarit, completed between 2012 and 2015.
