Stephen Ayris

Stephen Ayris has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephen is currently serving as the CFO/VP of Finance at Hard Rock Stone Works since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at PASLIN as the Supply Chain Management - Purchasing Manager/Materials from September 2017 to October 2018.

Stephen has also held significant positions at RIVAL INSULATION, LLC, where they were the Owner & Vice President of Finance/Safety Director from February 2011 to September 2017. Stephen was responsible for writing the business plan and pitching investment proposals to raise working capital. At re.Source Partners, Stephen worked as the Director of Operations/Director of Safety from January 2011 to December 2012, focusing on IT asset management during major change points.

Additionally, Stephen has experience as a Finance/Accounting Professor at Baker College from July 2007 to August 2012. Stephen also worked at Proline Asphalt Paving Corporation as the Controller/Safety from January 2010 to July 2011, overseeing bidding and contract management. Stephen worked as the Senior Operations Manager at Penske Logistics from June 2009 to December 2009, managing warehousing and material flow.

Prior to that, they held roles at Chrysler and DaimlerChrysler, including International New Business Development Manager and Production Control/Inventory Control Supervisor, spanning from 1999 to 2009. Stephen started their career as an Assistant Maitre d' at The Townsend Hotel from February 1996 to January 1999, overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Stephen Ayris completed their education with a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Walsh College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management, from Central Michigan University between 2002 and 2006.
