Matt Lavis

Matt Lavis is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in management and customer success. Currently serving as a Profit Protection Specialist at Harding+ since November 2024, Matt previously held significant roles at FootBalance System Ltd. from November 2019 to November 2024, including Customer Success Executive UK and Retail Store Manager. Prior to that, Matt was associated with FatFace for six years as a Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and had a brief tenure as Assistant Manager at Sports Direct International. Matt's career also includes a role as Deputy Manager at Republic (Retail) Ltd. and various positions at JJB Sports, culminating in a Store Manager role for a large-scale store. Education was completed at Filton High School from 1993 to 1998.
