Pauline Poissonnier

Pauline Poissonnier currently serves as the Head of Solutions & Alliances and Sales Director for Reflex Logistics Solutions at Hardis Group, a position held since March 2014. Prior roles within the company include REFLEX Pre-sales & Solutions Manager and Business Solution Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing the REFLEX product offering and providing pre-sales consulting for logistics solutions across various sectors. Before joining Hardis Group, Pauline held the position of Chef de projets logistiques at Cyrillus Vertbaudet Group, overseeing logistics process redesign and multi-channel development. Pauline began her professional career at Decathlon International as a Chargée de développement logistique Chine, coordinating the opening of the first Decathlon warehouse in China. Education includes an engineering degree specializing in logistics and transport from ITEEM - Ecole Centrale de Lille and a Master of Science in Project and Program Management from SKEMA Business School.
