Surika Pillay

Surika Pillay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Surika currently holds the position of Chief of Staff and HR Director at HardPin since January 2022. Prior to this, they were also involved in human resources and talent acquisition at the same company starting in November 2020. Surika has experience working as a Vibrational Sound Therapist at Chicago Vibrational Sound Therapy since December 2017. In 2019, they served as an HR Manager at The Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights. Before that, they worked as an HR Director at Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment in 2017 and as an HR Manager at WME | IMG from 2014 to 2017. Surika's earlier experiences include working as an HR Coordinator at ANN INC. from 2012 to 2014, a Recruiting Coordinator (temp) at Victoria's Secret from 2011 to 2012, and a Consultant at Michael Page International from 2010 to 2011.

Surika Pillay obtained their High School Regents Diploma from Potsdam High School. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology. Surika pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Advertising and Public Relations. Additionally, they completed a minor in Marketing and focused their studies on Psychology.
