Daniel P. Fleming

Daniel P. Fleming has experience in various managerial roles within the transportation and facilities industry. Daniel P. served as a Facilities Production Manager at Hardy Corporation starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Norfolk Southern Corporation for over a decade, where they held positions such as Senior General Manager, General Manager, and Mechanical Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring the safety of the workforce, managing locomotive repairs and maintenance, overseeing storehouse operations, and complying with regulatory standards. Before joining Norfolk Southern Corporation, Daniel served in the US Army as a Sergeant, where they were responsible for the maintenance and management of PATRIOT missile systems equipment.

Daniel P. Fleming obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Leeds High School from 1994 to 1998 and completed their high school education. In addition, they obtained a certification in True Lean TPS from the University of Kentucky in July 2019.
