Emily Schnarr

Emily Schnarr is an accomplished operations and supply chain professional with extensive management experience across various manufacturing and consulting roles. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Supply Chain Manager at Hardy Process Solutions since October 2021, Emily has previously held significant positions, including Owner and Primary Consultant at EM & M Consulting, LLC, Manufacturing Manager at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies, and Plant Manager at TASUS Corporation. Emily's earlier career at Greenlee included multiple leadership roles, contributing to enhanced productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. An educator as well, Emily taught Operations Management at the University of Louisville. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
