Dawn Lotman

Dawn Lotman is an experienced Training Specialist with a career spanning over three decades in the banking industry. At Harford Bank since July 2009, responsibilities include teaching and updating training materials while analyzing development and training needs. Previously at Provident Bank from December 1989 to May 2009, Dawn held the position of Training Specialist III, Officer, where similar tasks were performed alongside assisting the Training Manager. Additionally, as Operations Manager/Head Teller, responsibilities included job coaching, development, and the planning and delegation of daily work tasks and branch activities.
