Scott Elliott

Scott Elliott has extensive experience in the banking industry, holding various vice president roles at multiple institutions. Scott began their career in 1997 at Forest Hill State Bank, where they served as Vice President until 2004. Scott then transitioned to Mercantile County Bank, working in the same role until 2008. At PeoplesBank, they held a Vice President position from 2008 to 2015, specializing in business development and commercial lending. Currently, they are employed at Harford Bank, where they started as a Vice President in 2015 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in September 2021.

Scott Elliott obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Georgetown University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance from The Johns Hopkins University, where they studied from 1991 to 1994.
