Earlier, Richard worked as an Investigator for the State of Maryland, focusing on medical malpractice cases, and held the position of Security Supervisor at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. Richard's career in law enforcement began as a Police Officer with NYPD, where specialized training equipped Richard with skills in various areas including DUI testing and accident investigations. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John's and has completed 30 credits in criminology through NYPD.
