Tracey Martinelli

Tracey Martinelli began their work experience in 1994 as an HR Generalist at St. Joseph Medical Center, where they worked until 1999. In 2000, they joined the Harford County Sheriff's Office as the Human Resources Director, a position they currently hold.

Tracey Martinelli pursued their education from 1993 to 1995 at Towson University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
