Haley Loftis Koch

Haley Loftis Koch is an experienced Electrical Design Engineer currently working at Hargis Engineers since August 2023. Prior to this role, Haley served as an Electrical Project Engineer at Rushing from August 2021 to August 2023 and held the positions of Staff Electrical Engineer and Assistant Electrical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell from June 2018 to August 2021. Educationally, Haley holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama. In addition, Haley has significant experience in project management and electrical design, including roles in the EcoCAR 3 competition team and various internships at Burns & McDonnell focusing on electrical systems for power plants and treatment facilities.
