Andrew J. Rein

Andrew Rein joined Hargray in 2007. He currently serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s finance, legal, regulatory, and corporate development functions. Before assuming this position in 2015, Mr. Rein served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Development and was responsible for the company’s corporate development function, which includes mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to this role, Mr. Rein served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and was responsible for the company’s residential and commercial sales, marketing, product development, customer service, and community relations activities.

Before joining Hargray, Mr. Rein worked for Access Spectrum, LLC, a Bethesda, MD-based company that owns and develops licensed wireless spectrum.

Before joining Access Spectrum, Mr. Rein worked at Dean & Company, a Washington DC-based telecommunications strategy consulting firm.

Mr. Rein holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2000.

Mr. Rein is married to Holly, and together they have four children and live on Hilton Head Island.
