Tom Walsh

Tom Walsh has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Tom started their career in 1996 as AVP Corporate Architecture and Applications at Orion Capital Companies, where they served as Corporate Architect and was responsible for various corporate systems. Tom then worked as the CIO at Royal & SunAlliance from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they joined First Charter Bank as the Senior Vice President - Application Services. Tom later joined ACN Inc. in 2008 as the CIO NA and served till 2011. Tom then worked as the Executive Director at Apparo for a year. Currently, Tom holds the position of VP Information Technology at Hargray Communications, which they have been holding since December 2012.

Tom Walsh has a BA in History/Education from Fairfield University, which they earned between 1976 and 1980. Tom later pursued an MBA with a concentration in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of New Haven, completing it from 1986 to 1991. Lastly, they obtained an MSIT in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2006 to 2011.
