Customer Service and Support

The Customer Service and Support team at Hargray Communications focuses on delivering exceptional service to customers. The team includes a Technical & Operations Training Specialist II, who ensures staff are well-trained; a Service Delivery Leader for resorts, MDUs, and rental properties, who oversees service implementation and satisfaction; and a Customer Success Manager, who works to foster positive customer relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
