Alex Forbes

Alex Forbes is a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in technical architecture and systems engineering, currently serving as a Technical Architect for Microsoft 365 and End User Computing at Hargreaves Lansdown since May 2018. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Microsoft Systems Engineer and held various positions at Signal Networks Limited as an IT Consultant from August 2014 to May 2018. Alex's extensive experience in the field includes significant roles at Rio Tinto from November 2004 to July 2014, including IT Site Support Superintendent, IT Site Operations Team Leader, Infrastructure Specialist, and Systems Administrator. Alex holds a BSc in Computer Science from Cardiff University, completed between 2001 and 2004.
