Catherine Lai

Catherine Lai has extensive experience in operations management and client support, currently serving as the Senior Savings Operations Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown since August 2017. In this role, Catherine also co-chairs the Cultural Diversity Network, promoting inclusive behaviors and advising on company policy. Prior to this, Catherine held positions such as HL Savings Operations Lead and Quality Assurance Consultant, overseeing savings product management and ensuring operational compliance. Catherine's background includes roles in financial management as a Credit Controller at CMS UK and as a Language Teacher at the Bristol Chinese Language School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the University of the West of England and a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge.
