Duncan Hayes is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Hargreaves Lansdown, Duncan serves as the Head of Cyber Defence, while previously holding the position of Director and Head of Cyber Resilience & Operations at DWS Group. Duncan has also been the Head of Cyber Resilience and Investigations at Hastings Direct and served as Cyber Resilience Manager at Quilter. Prior experience includes significant roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President, focusing on the Cyber Readiness Exercise Program and Incident Response and Management for the EMEA region.
