Joshua Hampton-Behn

Joshua Hampton-Behn serves as the Application Security Lead at Hargreaves Lansdown, focusing on application security tooling, processes, policies, and managing Software Security training for engineering teams. Previously, Joshua held the position of Cyber Security Lead for Digital Customer at Motability Operations Ltd, where responsibilities included leading application security initiatives and conducting a GAP analysis to enhance the security posture of the tech estate. Joshua's experience also includes roles as Application Security Lead and Senior Application Security Engineer at AJ Bell, as well as a series of positions at the UK Civil Service, culminating in the role of Senior Cyber Security Specialist. Additionally, Joshua has a foundation in IT support from Imerys and a solid educational background from Truro and Penwith College and Brannel School.
