Herb Cornelius

Herb Cornelius is a seasoned civil structural designer with extensive experience in project management, estimation, and design across various engineering firms. Currently at Hargrove Engineers & Constructors since September 2024, Herb has previously held roles including Civil Engineering Technician at Neel-Schaffer, Inc., Manager of Strategic Projects at the Hattiesburg Convention Commission, and Project Manager at ALVIN FAIRBURN & ASSOCIATES, LLC. Additional experience includes positions at L. King Company and CB&I, where Herb focused on civil site and structural design. Herb obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi between 1995 and 1998.
