Amna Shaukat

Amna Shaukat is a seasoned professional in contract management with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Harinsa Contracting Company Qatar WLL since June 2022, Amna previously held the position of Deputy Manager Contracts at MEP Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where the Contracts Department was established. Other notable roles include Contracts and Claims Engineer at Techno Legal Consultants, Senior Engineer (Contracts) at SMEC International, and Contracts Engineer at Descon Engineering Limited. Amna also served as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Asia. Academically, Amna holds a Master of Laws in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, a Master of Engineering in Construction Engineering and Management from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
