Currently serving as the Founder of HarkerWize Tunnelling & Trenchless Consultancy since February 2025, Mike has a proven track record of managing all phases of complex infrastructure projects with a commitment to innovation, cost optimization, quality, safety, and performance. In addition to founding HarkerWize, Mike is a Board Member of the New Zealand Tunnelling Society since June 2022 and has held prominent positions such as Tunnelling and Trenchless Manager at Brian Perry Civil and Pipeworks Manager - Trenchless Pipeline Manager at PipeWorks NZ. Previous roles also include Owner/Director of Abergeldie Harker and various managerial positions at Harker Underground Construction, including Trenchless - Tender - Technical Manager and Construction Manager.
