Paul Kraunelis

Paul Kraunelis is a seasoned professional in the construction and development industry, currently serving as the Director of Project Development at Harkins Builders, Inc. since October 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Regional Business Development Manager at the same company from 2006 to 2018. Paul's career began at PulteGroup, where responsibilities as a Construction Manager were undertaken from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, Paul worked as a Consultant at Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group from 1997 to 2002. Educationally, Paul holds a Master of Science in Architecture with a focus on Construction Management from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Villanova University.
